Philosophy Chats is our new practical yoga philosophy class with Dave & Gail on Friday mornings at 11-12am. We will explore ideas from the Yoga Sutra and beyond, incorporating ideas from the wider India tradition and other sources that seem relevant to our topics. These talks are intended to be light hearted and suitable for all, using traditional ideas adapted for modern life and with the emphasis on practical, real world application. We will also be inviting questions which can be submitted in advance or posed live on the day.
We are initially trialing this format for 4 weeks beginning on Friday 8 May. The sessions will be streamed live on Zoom (please note it will be a different meeting ID to the regular classes). Enrolment is £24 for the 4 sessions.
Come and join us with a nice cuppa for an hour of light hearted, yet stimulating, Philosophy Chat!
As most of you will know by now, the book is finally here and you can order it direct from us in advance of its offical UK publication date (and, if we are honest, we get a better royalty rate than if you buy from amazon, although we aren’t as quick!). We have also created a bit of website for the book with some other resources. Check out http://www.embodyingtheyogasutra.com where you can also find out how to order.
